The main function of technique development department:
Exploiting and designing new products, controlling producing craftwork, providing technique service for the customers. At present, it is made up of exploitation group, technique group, and sample group. After receiving the drawing of customer, according to the technique demands exploitation group prepares the basic information, such as the craftwork exam, mould design, scheme design, standard operation and checking standard and improves the trial-products. Technique group receive the basic information and provide improving scheme and technique for mass-producing. Sample group receives the trial products and inspect and pack the products according to the inspection standards. They also set down the acknowledgment and attach it to the products to make it check and resend by the customers.
