Introduction

General manager: survey, confirm and decide the general functions, performance and personnel execution situation of all the departments everyday, every week and every month. Discuss and establish the running strategies, goals and guidelines.

Service department: confirm and note the achievement and performance of all departments. Gather all executing situation, then check it and report it. Execute, review and improve the management system.

Department manager: collect, register and manage the lists and bills from own department. To proclaim, execute the administration documents and orders. Train and assess the personnel from all layers. Make statistic and analysis for performances, as well as personnel's salary and bonus.

Principals: supervise, assist and indoctrinate the work paper of everyday, every week and every month from all departments, deal with abnormality and dissension.

Team leaders: settle, exam, analyze, report the lists and information. Fill in the report forms and to manage the working process. Assist to harmonize and deal with the problems.

Operators: maintain the working environment and equipment, produce and maintain the products.
