Make an environmental SGS test for raw and processed materials at time, push the 6S environmental safe activity and ensure the validity and persistence of audit activity to execute at time.

Use the CPK to make a data estimation of process characteristic parameter and the QC Seven Ploys to analyses the reasons.

Pay high attention to the customers' feedback and improvement; make note and analyses of the quality status and disposal consequence. Before reach to the customers, all the products have been attached the test document of injuring substance and batch no.

Strictly execute the reject control process to manage the reject, reworking, the products returned to rework and substance containing some deleterious chemistry substance, such as lead.

Carry out the quality review meeting every week, every month and analysis as well as implement improvement policies.

Supervise if the standard performance instructions, the marks of semi-manufactured goods, the mark of inject and 6S have been executed by the manufacturing department.
